Our recent project at 407 Coalter Street in Staunton, VA, involved upgrading an existing metal roof with a TPO overlay, incorporating flute fill and polyiso insulation. This project was designed to meet the building's specific requirements, enhancing its durability and energy efficiency.

The project began with a thorough evaluation of the existing metal roof to ensure optimal outcomes for the overlay. We installed flute fill insulation to level out the corrugated metal panels, followed by a layer of polyiso for its excellent thermal resistance. The TPO membrane was then carefully applied, creating a seamless and effective barrier that adheres to industry standards for commercial roof waterproofing.
