Process

Our team utilized the Metal Roof Restoration System from Conklin Roofing Systems for this project. This system is renowned for its durability and efficiency. The process began with a thorough inspection and cleaning of the existing roof. We then applied a rust-off solution to any areas showing signs of rust. Following this, we sealed all the seams and fasteners using a fabric-reinforced system. Finally, we applied a reflective top coat to provide a durable, energy-efficient finish.

Goal

Our primary goal for this project was to provide a long-lasting, cost-effective solution for the Family Dollar Store. We aimed to extend the life of the existing metal roof, improve its appearance, and enhance its energy efficiency. Additionally, we wanted to minimize disruption to the store’s operations during the restoration process.

Result

TThe results were outstanding. The Family Dollar Store now boasts a revitalized, durable, and energy-efficient roof that will serve them well for years to come. The store was able to remain open throughout the restoration process, and the feedback from the store management has been overwhelmingly positive.
